Icons of popular culture have included many automobiles, and this special SRT Dodge Challenger is a Hellcat that was special ordered from Chrysler in anticipation of the release of the seventh “Fast and Furious” movie. In honor of the movie series, this Hellcat was factory-covered in special-order Lime Green paint and is VIN 00007 of the 2015 model year’s production. Moreover, it shows a mere 51 actual miles since coming off the assembly line.
Of course, power for this model is already capable of serious performance, as the Hellcat combination starts with its 6.2L/707 HP supercharged V-8 engine, coupling a monstrous 650 lb-ft of torque with the Air Catcher-design cold-air intake. Backed by the 8-speed automatic transmission and limited-slip differential, the car features driver-friendly accessories beyond the powertrain including niceties like pushbutton start, cruise control, air conditioning and Bluetooth connectivity. The Hellcat’s road capabilities are further enhanced with the SRT-engineered active suspension, which uses Bilstein high-performance shocks, springs and sway bars and a set of huge Brembo 4-wheel disc brakes featuring 15.4-inch rotors. The black interior is done in comfortable materials with an ergonomic-feel shifter handle and steering wheel, as well as SRT-level stereo equipment.
Meanwhile, the exterior components include the front splitter and rear deck spoiler, the matte-colored locking fuel door, dual outside mirrors and a special windshield callout—custom-created just for this car—denoting the association between the seventh movie and the 007 VIN it received. The finishing touch would be the set of 20-inch aluminum wheels, which use the Pirelli P Zero tires to stay planted on the pavement. The “Fast and Furious” franchise is set to continue with the ninth installment, due out in 2020. Here is your chance to own a unique factory high-performance machine related to this enduing Hollywood series, where the cars are always the stars.

The 2013 New York Auto Show unveiled the 2014 Camaros with a refreshed body style and a return of the Z28 model. Styling improvements included a thinner grille along with a larger lower front fascia and tail lights that took cues from the first-generation Camaro. This Summit White 2015 Camaro Z28 represents the last year of fifth-generation Camaro production and an evolution of that 2013 introduction, and it’s based on the same performance chassis components and engine.
The 2015 Camaro Z28 adds more aggressive front and rear spoilers to increase downforce at speed, the rear spoiler finished in black to contrast the white body. The center of the hood is raised and finished in black with rows of louvers to allow hot air to exit the engine compartment. The black interior features power Recaro sport seats with suede inserts, a full center console with short throw shifter, optional air-conditioning, 6-speaker sound system and an instrument panel equipped with a tachometer and 200 MPH speedometer to handle the maximum speed potential of the Z28. Ribbed aluminum pedals help to secure the controls. The standard engine of the Z28 is a naturally aspirated LS7 7.0L OHV V-8 that produces 505 HP, and it’s the same engine that powered the C6 Z06 Corvette. The top of the engine features red letter accents identifying it as a 427. Large, round exhaust tips appear at the black openings at either side of the rear fascia. Power is sent to the rear axle by way of a Tremec 6-speed manual transmission.
The chassis of the Z28 includes Torsen limited-slip differential and Performance Traction Management System to improve lap times at the track. This Camaro is supported by Z28-specific black-spoke wheels mounted with Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R high-performance tires kept in check by Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes with front cooling ducts. This Camaro Z28 shows 2,052 miles on the odometer and stands ready for any kind of action or challenge on the street or at the track.

Cadillac Motor Car Division celebrated its 50th year in 1952 by introducing the new 1952 models as the “Golden Anniversary Cadillacs.” Styling was not changed significantly from the previous year, but the sporty Style 6267 Series 62 convertible was still the glamour queen of the line. This restored 1952 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible is finished in striking Olympic Blue, which brilliantly shows off its attractive lines. The massive grille, with integrated round parking lights and wraparound chrome-plated front and rear bumpers, is accented by appropriate gold Cadillac V-badges, which are featured on both the front and rear of the body. The center front of the hood is topped by a modern stylized version of the chrome-plated Flying Goddess mascot, first used in 1930.
The interior of this Cadillac is trimmed in red leather with plush, red carpet and a matching red and white instrument panel with a dash clock and AM radio. This Cadillac is also equipped with power windows, power seats and a tan cloth convertible top with a red vinyl boot.
Power is supplied by Cadillac’s 331 CI OHV V-8 developing 190 HP with a Rochester Quadrajet 4-barrel carburetor. The power is transmitted to the rear axle by an improved dual-range 4-speed Hydra-Matic transmission with manual control of third and fourth gear. This 4,419-pound Cadillac is carried by wide whitewall tires mounted on optional Kelsey Hayes chrome wire wheels with distinctive Cadillac center caps. Saginaw hydraulic power steering was a first for 1952, and it greatly assisted steering effort by as much as 75%, making the 1952 Cadillacs more enjoyable and safer to drive. This convertible is also equipped with the optional Cadillac Autronic Eye headlight dimmer system, operated by a red receiver mounted on the upper left side of the instrument panel. This Cadillac would not only be a real crowd pleaser at any Cadillac and La Salle Club event, but would also be a highlight of any 1950s car collection.

If you dislike eye-searing, head-tuning attention wherever you show up, this amazing 1971 Cuda is probably not going to help you. After all, this car presents in its factory-correct color combination and looks very similar to the example that was displayed with Plymouth’s Rapid Transit System tour in ’71. Coupled with the extensive options that were offered on the ’71 design, the car is covered in correct Curious Yellow paint contrasted with a dramatic black top, factory billboards, shaker scoop and interior. Together, these facets are an unmistakable representation of this final year of big-block E-body Mopars.
Under the quivering shaker is the original matching-numbers 383 Magnum V-8 engine, the mainstay standard engine of the Cuda line and an icon in its own right. The B-series engine is in turn backed by the A727 TorqueFlite automatic transmission, and this car features both power steering and power brakes. The exterior is highlighted by the large billboards with 383 callouts, hood pins, sport mirrors, front and rear spoilers, the factory backlight louver package, dual exhaust ending in chrome tips, road lamps and fender-mounted turn signals. As seen, there are front and rear elastomeric bumpers on this car today as well. Inside, light wood-grain accenting lends a touch of class to the bucket seats with center console and Slap-Stik T-handle shifter, the Rallye instrument cluster, AM/FM radio and three-spoke steering wheel. With both the light and molding packages on this car, the crowning touches are the 15-inch Rallye wheels with wide Goodyear Polyglas GT F60-15 tires.
Well-remembered as one of the most extreme packages to ever emerge from Detroit, the 1971 Plymouth ‘Cuda has helped define the entire muscle car era, with all variations now in serious demand on today’s market. The fact that this beautiful 383-powered example restored by Paul Christopherson of Lincoln, Nebraska, features a factory shaker hood, billboard graphics and backlight louvers only adds to its desirability.

Having undergone a comprehensive restoration, this 1954 Bel Air Sport Coupe emerged in outstanding condition with a bright red and white color motif, chrome bumpers and trim twinkling like jewels on a well-dressed top-of-the-line model. Powered by the legendary 235 CI Blue Flame Six engine with two downdraft carburetors and a 3-speed manual transmission, the car has ample torque to launch from a standstill or pick up the pace while at speed. The electric system features a 12-volt conversion for better reliability.
The interior is a welcoming environment, handsomely appointed and styled with lovely materials reflecting the true upscale nature of the Bel Air models. Featuring an in-dash clock, AM radio and 110 MPH speedometer, these early Bel Airs were luxurious in comparison to lesser models and Chevrolets from years prior. Rolling on whitewall tires wrapping red steel wheels, the car truly calls back to another era, taking observers back in time. Chevrolet worked fast and diligently to bring more upscale styling, trim, materials and even colors to market beginning in the 1949 model year. The most obvious changes would begin to be obvious in the 1952 model year, and every year thereafter leading up to the Tri-Five Chevrolets of 1955-57. For 1953, the Bel Air would become its own model line and mark the top offering from Chevrolet, available as a sport coupe, two-door sedan, four-door sedan or convertible. The sport coupe was easy to spot, having a unique dogleg rear roof pillar and no post between the side windows. The two-door sedan had a more traditional, sloping roofline and posts between the side windows.
First-year Bel Air sales accounted for nearly 40% of overall Chevrolet sales totals with 514,760 built, showing strong interest that sustained through the 1954 model year and beyond. Needless to say, dealers were very pleased, and the concept proved to everyone that there was a place for a better equipped, more luxurious model from Chevrolet.
