Lamborghini Aventador SVJ 2020, Itália
Fotografia
Representing the pinnacle and grand finale of the Aventador
line, the SVJ pushes the platform to its very limits. Taking its performance
above and beyond the already incredible Aventador, Aventador S, and the
Aventador SV, the limited-production SVJ extracts every possible ounce of
performance for an uncompromising driving experience.
Equipped with the tried-and-true 6.5-liter naturally aspirated
V-12 engine, power is increased to 759 bhp, a 20 bhp bump over the Aventador
SV, care of titanium intake valves and modified cylinder heads. Downforce is
increased by 40% and drag reduced by 1% over the SV through active aerodynamics
and a massive rear-wing. The addition of rear-wheel steering also helps
increase the car’s stability at high speed and agility through tight corners.
Lamborghini went above and beyond to save as much weight as possible, even
fitting the engine cover with quick-release clips rather than traditional
hinges. Tipping the scales at a dry weight of 3,362 lbs., the SVJ can sprint to
60 mph in just 2.8 seconds, leading to a top speed of 217 mph. Impressively,
the SVJ brings itself to a stop from 62 mph in less than 98 feet.
Completed by Lamborghini in June 2019 for the 2020 model year
and shipped new to Lamborghini Beverly Hills, this Aventador SVJ is presented
in virtually as new condition, having been driven just 250 miles from new. It
is attractively finished in Blu Nereid over a Nero Cosmus interior trimmed in
leather and Alcantara with Bianco Leda cross-stitching and detailing. The SVJ
is optioned with a variety of desirable features, including Nireo Forged
Titanium Matte wheels, black brake calipers, T-shaped engine cover and
engine-bay X-frame in carbon fiber, telemetry system, Style package, Visibility
and light package, silver painted SVJ exterior logo, and leather and Alcantara
multifunction steering wheel. All of these options add nearly $80,000 to the
base vehicle price of $522,948, bringing the total MSRP to $600,643.
Even though the Aventador platform is nearly ten years old, the
SVJ proves that Lamborghini can keep pushing the boundaries of performance with
innovative technologies. Sitting atop the Aventador range, much like the
Murciélago SV before it, the SVJ will surely remain the most desirable
iteration of the Aventador for years to come. Presented in virtually as new
condition and ready to be enjoyed, this stunning Lamborgini is wonderfully
optioned and would surely be a highlight of any collection of modern supercars.
